Duck Crepe -- Slow roasted and shredded free-range, organic duck tossed with Saxon cheese and wrapped in a whole wheat crepe. "Wiscompost" Cookie -- A complicated cookie balancing a wide community of locally produced flavors (including Anodyne coffee, KP's toffee, Beans' granola, and Door County potato chips) for full-palate flavor.
