Established in 2010, VIA Downer is where you'll experience the fresh pizza creations that made Transfer Pizzeria Cafe famous, as well as an expanded list of beautifully crafted, Mediterranean inspired appetizers, salads, pastas and entrees.
Here are the highlights that VIA will be offering our group:
Cooking demo by Chef Javier will teach people how to use foraged food in everyday cooking. Chef will be using foraged ingredients that are found roughly 2-3 days before the event
Sample a new menu item: Gnocchi with Pulled Pork Brisket, Asparagus, Peas & Caramelized Onions
Each guest will receive a complimentary cocktail from the new Spring/Summer Cocktail menu
A small menu with brand new spring/summer salads & flatbreads will be available so that you can order additional items during the event (Flatbreads are not yet on the menu, so we will be the first ones to try them out!)
Everyone will go home with a goody bag that will contain a VIA house made gluten free brownie!
