Named one of the best new restaurants in Milwaukee, Nourri opened late August 2014 to glowing reviews. Join us for the next MKEtable and experience what all the buzz is about. Executive Chef Christian Schroeder has a wonderful menu created exclusively for MKEfoodies. Ticket price does not include gratuity.
The Menu:
  • Amuse Bouche Berkshire hog jowl pate, Duck fat lavender brioche, pickled green apple, horseradish root vinaigrette
  • Course 1  Brussel sprouts, house duck bacon, crispy farro, Roman hazelnut, pomegranate, cured yolk, black garlic emulsion
  • Course 2 Tempura duck egg, pork belly pancake, smoked sugar bee oyster mushroom, Pork/blood orange broth, fried cilantro
  • Course 3 Sherry/Agen prune braised pork cheeks, deviled egg puree, marcona almond, smoked paprika, house peasant bread
  • Course 4 Pinn Oaks braised lamb shoulder, red lentil dal, harissa yogurt, cilantro, pappadum
  • Dessert ''Cookies and Cream'', cremuex and sable', blood orange panna cotta, lime merengue, mint jelly
