Milwaukee Cocktail Week, Day 3: Cocktail Dinner at Bavette

Great Lakes Distillery Dinner at Bavette

This year, chef/owner of Bavette in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward has invited two amazing bartenders from Madison to collaborate with for a fantastic Great Lakes Distillery dinner. Celebrated Madison bartenders are Tom Dufek (Merchant) and Ricky Pajewski (Oliver's Public House).

Take a look at the menu:

Course 1 — Relish Tray: small bites of radishes with smoked lardo & pickled radish pods, chicken liver mousse, white anchovies with oven dried baby roma tomatoes

Course 2 — Beef Tartare with Tonnato Sauce

Course 3 — Chili Caramel Octopus with compressed melon, mint, cashew and feta

Course 4 — Pork Cheeks with squid ink-‘nduja paella, rock shrimp gremolata and romesco sauce

Course 5 — Nectarine Almond Custard Cake with blackberry ice cream

Seats are still available, and reservations are required.
